Fiberglass Roof Top Boxes by UtilitySport are available with an automotive gel coat finish or a tough box finish. Fiberglass provides a much stronger UV protection, is much more durable, and built to last many more years than ABS products. Fiberglass retains its shape, there is NO shrinking or expansion like ABS and the product withstands extreme temperatures, -50c(58F) up to 70c(158F). These roof top boxes have a higher load capacity and can hold twice the weight of ABS carriers. Each box has a sleek aerodynamics design for minimal wind resistance and is impact resistant. Features include, marine grade carpeted interior lining, reinforced E-Z Lift system, weather proof matted outer lip, stainless steel lock with keys, built-in zinc coated base plates, and universal mounting brackets.
